Luminaries: Luke Skywalker is the final card in Series 2. Award info coming soon.
Crimson Base Variant: Garindan.
Resistance vs First Order: Captain Phasma is the next Red, White, and Gold.
The Force Awakens: Schematics: TIE Fighter Black Squadron
Neon Base Variants: Yikes another variant and this time it comes in a flood of all Series 1 and 2 base cards and at a card count of only 5. The only way to get these cards though (other than trading for them) is to buy them for $99. You get 1 Neon variant card plus 100k credits. The credits are conservatively worth about $20 to purchase. I think it’s too early to tell though how much you should give up in trades for one of these cards. This will certainly be “fun for character hoarders to chase and popular characters like Boba Fett and Ahsoka Tano will undoubtedly command a premium, but other cards (I’d venture to say the majority) will be fairly worthless in trade value. Especially since, base variants despite the card count seem to be slowly becoming devalued over time. The most current 10 count pinks don’t seem to have the same prestige as their older counterparts and even that is possibly being further undermined by these Neon variants.
That being said, I honestly have no interest in these cards. If one ever comes my way my first reaction would be to trade it for a card I actually do want, which might be the only reason to purchase one of these cards. But would someone trade a random Neon card that I could pull for a Vintage Han (or even a Vintage Death Star). I’m not so sure.
Halloween: Day 4 of the week long chase.
